Red clayis more suitable for normal to dry skin. It can be an excellent addition to anti-acne masks or detoxifying body wraps.

This clay is rich in iron oxide and copper and low in aluminum. It hasanti-inflammatory properties, reduces swelling in affected areas and stimulates blood circulation.

How to make a clay mask

- Mix a small amount of clay with water or floral water until a homogeneous paste forms.

- Apply the clay mask to your face or body and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes or until the paste dries.

- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a soft towel.

- You can even add essential oils to the clay mask for better results.
