Mandarin essential oilis obtained from Citrus Reticulata by cold pressing the peel. The oil is golden-orange in color and has the aroma of a fresh orange.

This oil is very gentle and is therefore said to be used even for treating children and pregnant women, being one of the few oils that can be used in this way. With its tonic and stimulating effect on both the stomach and the liver, it is useful for digestive problems. Mandarin oil is also useful for treating acne, oily skin and pimples. It is said to help relieve problems such as fluid retention and obesity. Used in an oil burner, it banishes depression and relieves anxiety.
